Always get what is advertised and if faulty have no issues in getting replacement. Correspondence is exemplary. Only place I go for replacement parts as I trust them emphatically

When the postal service stuffed up, leaving my package in an unsafe place, it was stolen. So I repurchased the items thinking I just had to wear it. However when I advised the Replace Base team of my new address for my new purchase, they refunded my purchase, apologised for the inconvenience and stated that the package was meant to be signed for; they would therefore chase the postal service for the cost of the lost package, since they didn't get a signature. This was unexpected and above and beyond in my mind. So thank you Replace Base team, your great customer service was very much appreciated :)

Easy and quick buying process.
One of the items I bought was defect but through thier return process got a substitute. They didn't pay me the return stamp value though!

Great product at a fair price. Great after sales service. I damaged one of the the screen's ribbon cables whilst replacing it (my fault entirely) and replace base kindly supplied a second one at cost price plus VAT. Cannot say fairer than that. Great company that I have used before and will use again if needed.
